For over 20 years, Ed has dedicated himself as an inspirational speaker, leadership training facilitator, and business coach for diverse leaders, which include CEOs, executive teams, and entrepreneurs throughout the United States and abroad. His gift for empowering others and his rigorous training of nearly 300 leadership modules have granted him thousands of remarkable face-to-face hours as a professional coach with business owners and various organizations.

Ed is passionate about people, businesses, churches, and benevolent organizations. He enjoys partnering with them to fulfill their vision, purpose, and mission. He teaches companies how to cultivate a thriving culture by diving into difficult situations to find solutions and create strategies that propel teams forward.


Ed knows how to mentor success well because he lives it. Within 25 years, he established an award-winning building company, served on the board of several nonprofit organizations, and founded Outpouring Church in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. He also wrote his first book, Synergistic Rhythm, which is a #1 Amazon best seller. His greatest accomplishment remains the family he’s raised with his high school sweetheart, Patty and their grandchildren they now get to enjoy.
