The Power of an I AM Statement
I AM…
What’s possible speaking your words in the direction you desire to go?! Our words form worlds. Our words can rewrite a new story. Our words have a force multiplier within them!
Faith or Fear
Love or Hate
Honor or Dishonor
Abundance or Scarcity
Worthiness or Unworthiness
“Creative words generate energy; negative words drain out energy.” ~ Robert Schuller
-> I AM Statements:
The power of speaking out loud your, “I AM” statement.
Something I noticed coaching leaders through their “I AM” statements in trainings…
When a person speaks their “I AM” statements out loud a few times, we noticed their body posture changes and their voice magnifies! Their belief begins to connect the dots with the words they’re hearing.
Examples:
I AM a confident, abundant, passionate leader!
I AM a fit, worthy, empathetic leader!
I AM a loving, purposeful, courageous leader!!
I AM a wealthy, healthy, kind leader!
- Speaking your I AM activates faith and the mind begins to connect the dots.
- We found repeating several times a day for even 7 days, belief grows!
- Speak out positive “I AM” attributes that you desire to grow into more.
At first, it may feel awkward - the battle is with belief.
- Consider picking three positive attributes that would support you going forward. Our words flow out of that innermost place.
The power of our words influence:
Emotions…
Actions…
Results…
Our words carry a creative power! A new habit: Speaking your personal attributes out loud 7 days straight. Developing a consistent, positive language will help you stand out.
