It’s Half Time

It’s Half Time!

How was your Fourth of July Holiday? Can you believe it? We are halfway through 2024! Let’s connect the dots from the first half to the second half of the year! What if it’s possible that your WINS are a potential bridge to cross the gap of the unknowns?

I remember playing football in freshman year in high school, and the coach would be highlighting great team moments, plays and assists. He had a great way of building a bridge into the third and fourth quarter. He was celebrating, collaborating and collecting data.

Evaluate Your WINS

If you were to ask, where’s your heart this year? It’s half time, and you’re in the locker room game planning with your coach! What is your belief level for winning big the next six months?

WINS List

Consider celebrating all your wins the past six months! Consider making a WINS list! I know it’s not always easy and those frustrations are real, but absolutely know there is always a solution and you are a gift!

The Second Half

My dad often shared, there’s always a solution. Consider looking at your top goals, current habits and systems. All things are subject to reinvention. Things may be rocking and your living your best life now. You may be facing this week, month or next six months thinking, it seems too difficult. Understanding there are seasons in life and business, here are some keys to consider, even asking your team or colleagues for feedback:

First, to grow forward, it’s always good to take a pulse on the heart rate metaphorically.

“The most reliable way to predict the future is to create it.” ~ Abraham Lincoln

Half-Time Assessment

Consider investing one hour and writing down your answers:

1). Reflect:

  1. What didn’t work?

  2. What worked well?

  3. Where am I going?

  4. What can I eliminate?

  5. What fuels my heart?

2). Reimagine:

  1. What’s possible?

  2. What is clear focus?

  3. How do you see your future?

  4. What were a few discoveries?

  5. How do you see your purpose?

3). Reinvention:

  1. What am I building?

  2. Write three bigger goals.

  3. Who do I need to become?

  4. Write dreams that inspire you!

  5. How can you serve effectively?

Finding your rhythm begins with awareness and a committed decision. After exploring these answers, consider looking at them from an airplane view. What do you see? If you were to connect the dots of your wins, what would it create? What small action steps or fine tuning can you make weekly or monthly?

“Today is a new day. Your future does not equal your past.” ~ Michael Hyatt

Remember:

You’re not your past! You have a hope and a future! You were born for the extraordinary! Let’s shatter records together this year!!!
